Fortis Drive began with a sourcing problem I expected to be simple. After nearly ten years in China and more than a decade in international exports, I tried to source a customized spare wheel and tire set. Tire manufacturers could supply the tire. Wheel factories could produce the rim. Other suppliers handled the accessories. But no one wanted to confirm whether the complete set would fit the vehicle and work as intended.
I realized overseas buyers faced the same uncertainty with far less visibility.
Fortis Drive was created to solve that gap. We begin with the vehicle and the customer’s actual requirement, then identify suitable manufacturers, coordinate components, verify specifications and compatibility, manage customization and quality control, and oversee production and export.
The first problem involved spare wheels, but the same challenge exists across automotive sourcing.
Because parts are easy to source. Certainty has to be built for every buyer.
